			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Professor Hugo de Burgh, Director of the China Media Centre, has been appointed Honoured Professor at Tsinghua University as part of the PRC 985 International Leading Scholar Program Second Round/Specialist Plan for the Introduction of Key Knowledge and Talents.</p>
<p>Professor de Burgh has also been appointed Honorary Professor at Shandong University.</p>
<p>Professor Hu Zhengrong, who spent 6 months at the CMC as a Leverhume Visiting Scholar in 2006, has been appointed Deputy Vice Chancellor of China Communications University.</p>
<p>Professor Colin Sparks, Director of CAMRI, has been appointed Honorary Professor at China Communications University.</p>
